AT&T has reveiled the price plans, for iPhone. From $59.95 a month, with 24 months contract. I was led to believe, that the price tag is from $499. That means if you choose the more expensive price plan, for $99.95 a month. That totals $2,897.80. Whoa!

News from Apple, Inc. regarding iPhone:
“With 8 hours of talk time, and 24 hours of audio playback, iPhone’s battery life is longer than any other ‘Smartphone’ and even longer than most MP3 players,” said Steve Jobs, Apple’s CEO. “We’ve also upgraded iPhone’s entire top surface from plastic to optical-quality glass for superior scratch resistance and clarity.
Pretty impressive. Read the entire press release. On a side note; I’d really hate to see Orange (and with them Telia) as the only iPhone provider in Europe. Why do I say that? Well, EU operators bemoan Apple’s iPhone arrogance, according to VNUnet.

Yesterday Apple sent out a press release regarding Safari 3 Beta:
”Apple® today announced that more than 1 million copies of Safari™ for Windows were downloaded in the first 48 hours since the free public beta was made available on Monday. Safari 3 is the world’s fastest and easiest-to-use browser, and is available as a free download atwww.apple.com/safari.”
That is pretty doggone impressive. I am going to rant&ramble a bit about Safari 3, in the next TWaM podcast (in danish), so if you speak danish, keep an eye out for that, too.
